All 3D Models are expertly printed on high end, high resolution 3D printers finely calibrated for maximum detail (at the cost of slower print speed) with professional high quality professional grade resin at a layer height of .02mm. This ensures not only high detail but the longest lasting highest durability statue.

All printed parts are thoroughly prepared by a highly experienced professionally trained 3D specialist to determine the most effective object print orientation based on the object's geometry and hollowing requirements, the most efficient and effective support placement and most appropriate print settings for the given model. 

All supports are removed carefully so as to leave the least amount of artifacts or divots as possible. 

The parts are then washed and rinsed using our professionally proven multi-stage hypersonic wash, scrub and rinsing process.

Then all pieces are dried completely and thoroughly before being UV cured both internally and externally for the appropriate time for each piece's surface area and size. 

As should be expected with any SLA Resin print: some preparation work will be required prior to painting the model including sanding and in some cases putty or filler at some of the joints. While great care is given to minimize all prep work, we realize it is impossible to avoid some marks left from supports so we will never try to sand or prep the model for you.
